1. Acceptance

By accessing or using VoicedCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use VoicedCraft on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service description

VoicedCraft is a voice-first operations platform. The service may answer calls, route callers, capture intent, transcribe speech, create summaries, store call records, create callbacks, schedule appointments, sync CRM records, dispatch workflow actions, and surface analytics or operational dashboards.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the actions of users you authorize in your account.
  • You must provide accurate business and contact information.
  • You must keep your routing rules, schedules, and connected tools current.

4. Call recording and consent

Because VoicedCraft processes live calls, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to call recording, transcription, notice, and consent in the places where you do business. You should provide any required notices or obtain any required consents before using the service.

5. Customer content and data

Subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service, you retain ownership of your customer content, business data, call records, and other information you submit. You grant VoicedCraft the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, transcribe, summarize, and display that content to deliver the service and related workflows.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, probe unauthorized systems, or abuse the platform.
  • Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
  • Do not use the service to spam, harass, or intentionally deceive callers.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform except where law allows.

7. Automated processing and human review

VoicedCraft uses live voice technology, transcription services, and AI-assisted workflows to process calls. The service is designed to be low-latency, but outputs may still contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing important results before relying on them.

Callers, names, numbers, dates, and intent may be misheard. Human review is especially important for appointments, payments, transfer decisions, and CRM records.

8. Third-party services

VoicedCraft relies on third-party providers for hosting, telephony, transcription, AI, email, monitoring, and other infrastructure. By using VoicedCraft, you agree that your content may pass through those providers as needed to deliver the service.

We do not permit third-party service providers to use customer data for their own advertising or marketing.

9. Fees and payment

If paid plans, usage fees, setup fees, or professional services are offered, the price and billing rules will be disclosed in the applicable order form, checkout flow, pricing page, or separate agreement. Taxes, telephony charges, AI usage, and third-party provider costs may apply.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

10. Beta and experimental features

Some features may be preview, beta, or otherwise experimental. Those features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. They may be less reliable than generally available features, and you should review their outputs before relying on them.

11. Intellectual property

VoicedCraft, its software, workflows, designs, interface elements, and branding are owned by VoicedCraft or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. VoicedCraft does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every call outcome will be correct.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VoicedCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date will change when that happens. Continued use of the service after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
