4. Call content and transcription
VoicedCraft processes live voice workflows so the service can answer callers or process VoicedCraft Agent
instructions, capture intent, and create useful business records. That can include speech from the caller,
operator instructions, assistant speech, transcripts, summaries, and extracted details such as names,
phone numbers, addresses, appointment times, or callback requests.
We retain call records to support ongoing context, reporting, and workflow continuity unless deletion is
requested or a longer retention period is required by law or contract.
5. Data ownership
Subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service, you retain ownership of your business content,
caller data, and records you submit through your account. We process that information on your behalf to
deliver VoicedCraft and related workflows.
