3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell call data. We do not share customer data for third-party advertising or marketing.

We may share information only when needed to operate the service, including with providers that host, transmit, store, transcribe, or support our systems, with integrations you intentionally connect, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

Service providers may process information only to perform services for VoicedCraft and may not use it for unrelated advertising or marketing.

4. Call content and transcription

VoicedCraft processes live voice calls so the service can answer callers, capture intent, and create useful business records. That can include speech from the caller and assistant, transcripts, summaries, and extracted details such as names, phone numbers, addresses, appointment times, or callback requests.

We retain call records to support ongoing context, reporting, and workflow continuity unless deletion is requested or a longer retention period is required by law or contract.

5. Data ownership

Subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service, you retain ownership of your business content, caller data, and records you submit through your account. We process that information on your behalf to deliver VoicedCraft and related workflows.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support your account, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain operational history.

Call transcripts, summaries, and workflow records may remain associated with your account while it is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless a longer period is required by law or a customer agreement.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can access, update, or correct certain account information through the admin console.
  • You can ask us about the records we maintain about your business.
  • You can request deletion or export where applicable and where we can lawfully honor the request.
  • You can manage routing rules, schedules, and connected integrations inside the platform.

9. International transfers

Because VoicedCraft may use cloud services and processors in different regions, information may be processed and stored outside your local jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate transfer and processing arrangements.

10. Children

VoicedCraft is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post an updated version on this page and change the effective date.
